– This Part Time employment opportunity is through Delfina Medical Group – Objective: The Delfina Doula will act as a virtual health coach to support pregnant patients and new moms throughout their pregnancy and postpartum journey. About Us: Delfina Medical Group and Delfina Care Inc. provide a leading pregnancy care data platform and clinical services to improve maternal and child health outcomes. ‍ About You: Our ideal Doula is one that has experience in pregnancy, birth and postpartum. You are supportive about providing virtual support with both 1:1 and group education.  Responsibilities:  Work alongside the Care Delivery manager to execute patient engagement and coaching protocols on a weekly basis Ensure patient’s engagement and participation for both pregnant patients and new mothers Ensure patients adhere to recommended care protocols and tracking as defined by the healthcare provider and/or organization Qualifications:  DONA (Birth, CD, or CBE), ICEA, CAPPA, or ProDoula certified Strong communication and conversational skills Experience with Web and mobile technologies Fluency in English is a requirement, additional fluency in Spanish is highly preferred Live or work in California  Experience and knowledge of California communities is a plus Telehealth experience is a plus We value that everyone at Delfina brings a unique background and perspective.
