Salary: £375 per week The Edinburgh Film Festival is looking for a Delegate Services Assistant to join their team on a fixed-term basis. The Delegate Services Assistant supports the processing of all press and industry attendees and guests who will be coming to the Festival. Working in a small team, you will help to register attendees on our Festival database system. During the Festival you will be part of the frontline team who greet all passholders on arrival at the Festival at our Delegate Desk. Over 1000 passholders typically go through the accreditation process, so the role involves a great deal of data entry, answering enquiries and payment chasing. You will be an information point for all kinds of queries and a friendly face for the new arrivals and you may also be required to greet guests arriving at the airport and train station.
