• Definition Church Residency Program Outline The Residency Program exists to empower the next generation of ministry leaders through full-time apprenticeship and hands-on experience. Job Description The average time spent per week for Definition residents will be 40 hours. We want to ensure that residents are taking two days off to rest each week (Fridays and Saturdays are off days). • Personal Development 2 hours per week • Staff meetings and staff development 4-5 hours per week • Campus Outreach 5 hours per week • Discipleship Meetings 5 hours per week • Ministry meetings (campus groups, small groups, team nights, YA Nights) 5 hours per week • Central event planning 3 hours per week • Admin work 2 hours per week • Support Raising • Sunday/Saturday services 7 hours per week
