Job Description
We are hiring experienced CDL-A drivers for a dedicated regional account based in Charlotte, NC. This position operates established routes between Charlotte, NC and Shepherdsville (Louisville), KY, with additional freight throughout the Southeast.
Drivers return home weekly for a 34-hour restart and haul dedicated, no-touch freight.

Compensation
•
Starting pay: $0.70 CPM
•
Average 2,200–2,400 miles per week
•
Weekly earnings based on dispatched miles and additional activity pay
•
Metro load pay available
•
$25 stop pay (excluding origin and final destination)
•
Detention pay: $30 per hour after 2 hours from scheduled appointment time
•
Weekly direct deposit

Driver Responsibilities
•
Safely operate a Class A commercial vehicle
•
Transport freight between distribution centers and customer locations
•
Complete pre-trip and post-trip inspections
•
Maintain electronic logs and required documentation
•
Follow DOT regulations and company safety policies
Additional Information
•
Trucks are assigned from the Charlotte distribution center and are not taken home.
•
Drivers complete their weekly reset at home.
•
Holiday schedules and time-off requests are managed according to company policy.
Minimum Qualifications
•
Valid Class A CDL
•
Minimum 12 months of recent Class A tractor-trailer experience
•
Must be at least 21 years of age
•
Must meet DOT qualification requirements
•
Must be authorized to work in the United States
