Requirements • Available to commence as a Deck Cadet or Advance Standing Deck Cadet in 2025. • Currently enrolled in Bachelor of Applied Science (Nautical Science) or equivalent or meet the minimum entry requirements. • Relevant maritime operations experience is beneficial but not essential. • The ability to obtain and hold a Maritime Security Identification Card (MSIC). • Demonstrate a high level of health, safety and environmental practices and behaviours. • The ability to build positive working relationships and display collaborative skills. • Demonstrate strong communication skills - both written and verbal. • The ability to engage with diverse groups of people. • Demonstrate a flexible, adaptable and resilient approach to meet vessel and company demands. • Identify yourself with our core values: Respect - Integrity - Teamwork - Excellence - and above all we are Safe.
