Job description Work From Home Collection Agent Responsibilities: • Handle inbound and outbound calls for past-due accounts. • Keeping track of all accounts in your route • Negotiate outstanding debts. • Planning a course of action to recover outstanding payments. • Handle questions and complaints. • Adhere to all local, state, and federal laws governing the debt collection industry.
