About the Role We are seeking experienced DC Operations Shift Leads to join our team in managing mission-critical data centre operations. In this role, you will lead a shift team to ensure smooth and reliable operations, handle escalations, and uphold compliance standards across multiple sites. Key Responsibilities Lead and supervise the DC shift team to ensure seamless daily operations. Allocate shift patterns, oversee handovers, and monitor task completion. Manage escalations, liaise with stakeholders, and ensure SLA/KPI compliance. Oversee incident management, ticketing, and service requests in line with SOPs. Conduct routine DC operations, including rack/stack, cabling, equipment setup, and vendor management. Drive onboarding, training, and competency reviews of shift members. Maintain accurate documentation (SOPs, EOPs, escalation matrices, incident reports). Represent the shift team during audits, reviews, and stakeholder meetings. Collaborate closely with Operations, Facilities, Service Delivery, and Security teams. Requirements Minimum Diploma in IT, Engineering, or related field. At least 3 years’ experience in a Data Centre environment, with 2 years in a team leadership role. Strong leadership, analytical, and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; ability to draft SOPs, reports, and formal communications. Proactive, with strong initiative in managing operations and incidents. Ability to coach, mentor, and supervise effectively. Willingness to work 12-hour rotating shifts (day and night). What We Offer Performance Bonus Shift Allowance Handphone Allowance
