We're looking for a Database Developer to solve complex data quality, reconciliation and migration challenges across multiple systems and production datasets. Working within a team of six Database Developers, you'll develop integrations, support production systems, investigate data issues and support a major data migration and modernisation programme. Ideal for someone who enjoys untangling complex data problems, validating migration outcomes and working with messy real-world datasets. • Investigate and resolve data quality issues across multiple systems • Develop ETL processes, data migrations and reconciliation solutions to ensure data integrity • Contribute to database design, performance, security, backup and compliance standards • Work within the SDLC using Git source control, JIRA and CI/CD pipelines • Manage database access, security and availability requirements • Use AI-assisted development tools
