As part of the Data Catalysts, you will develop and deliver Data Products & AI solutions across Sales & Marketing, Project Execution, and Service, while advancing R&D efforts to enhance our analytics capabilities. Lead the product portfolio for Digital Core, utilizing innovative technologies like GenAI and LLMs to introduce new tools for Siemens Energy users. How You’ll Make an Impact As a Product Manager, you will serve as the primary liaison between the engineering team and Product Owners within the Gas Services organization. You will prioritize and translate complex customer needs into secure, future-proof technical solutions. Bridge the gap between business and data/software engineering teams by translating business requirements into effective technical solutions. Take charge of successful product releases that align with business needs. Manage program finances, budget allocations, cost controls, and risk assessments. What You Bring Over 5 years of experience in Data & Analytics and Software Product Management. Strong communication skills to engage effectively with international colleagues in sustainability and data domains. Understanding of the business impact of sustainability initiatives and how data products support strategic decision-making, including developing and documenting RoI assumptions as a foundation for solid business cases for projects and product development value. Proven experience in delivering data-rich digital products – including web/mobile apps and data visualization dashboards – closely driving the development from concept to final product (owning and refining the product backlog, continuous sprint planning, ensuring quality and timely delivery) Proficient in AWS, Snowflake, and Tableau, with expertise in Agile and Scrum methodologies. Proven experience in managing product finances (budget/forecasts/actual costs), reporting and risks, with familiarity in software systems like ServiceNow. Ability to motivate and coordinate Agile teams, including remote colleagues, with a strong customer focus. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, emphasizing clarity and conciseness. Committed to simplifying projects while maintaining high standards and delivering exceptional service. Proficient in English; knowledge of German or Swedish is a plus. Motivated to contribute to the global transformation and decarbonization of energy generation. Proven ability to navigate complex organizations and drive outcomes at scale. Open-minded, eager to learn, and dedicated to continuous self-improvement. Demonstrated leadership skills to collaborate across multicultural teams and nurture engineering talent.
