As a Data Management Specialist, you will help strengthen how   teams across If   work with information and data in their day-to-day activities. Working closely with colleagues from both business and technology, you will support initiatives that improve collaboration, create transparency, and help teams make better decisions. This role is ideal for someone early in their career who enjoys learning, working with people, and turning complex topics into practical solutions.   You   don't   need prior experience within Data Management, but you should have a genuine interest in data and curiosity about how it can support better decisions, processes, and business outcomes. About the role As a Data Management Specialist, you will work closely with colleagues across the business and IT to support initiatives that help teams gain better insight into their information, processes, and ways of working. You will contribute to projects,   facilitate   discussions, and help create   structure   around complex topics. Success in this role is less about having deep technical knowledge and more about being curious, collaborative, and eager to learn. Key   responsibilities include: • Support initiatives that help teams   improve how   they   work with information and data. • Facilitate workshops and discussions with stakeholders across the organization. • Help document and create transparency around important business information and processes. • Collaborate with colleagues from   different functions   to   identify   opportunities for improvement. • Turn complex topics into practical guidance that teams can use in their daily work. • Support   change   initiatives by helping people adopt new ways of working. • Continuously learn about   the business   and explore new ways to create value through better use of information and data. You might be a recent graduate, early in your professional career, or looking for a new direction.   Previous   experience within Data Management is not   required . We are looking for someone with the right mindset and willingness to learn. • You   have   an educational background within business,   economics ,   or similar . • You enjoy working with people and building relationships. • You are curious and enjoy understanding how organizations and processes work. • You have a genuine interest in data and how it can be used to support better decisions and create value. • You are comfortable asking questions and exploring unfamiliar topics. • You enjoy creating structure and bringing clarity to complex situations. • You are a strong communicator and can explain ideas in a simple and understandable way. • You are organized, proactive, and eager to learn. • Fluent in English.
