It helps curriculum teams plan and deliver. It supports timetables, registers, funding claims, audits, reports and decisions. As our Funding and Data Officer, you’ll help make sure that information is accurate, compliant and up to date. You’ll support the administration of timetabling, registers, student records and course data across the college. You’ll work with curriculum teams, MIS colleagues and managers to process information, resolve queries, produce reports and support funding and audit activity. This is a role for someone who enjoys detail. You’ll need to be accurate, organised and confident using systems. You’ll work with data, deadlines and people, so clear communication and good judgement matter. You’ll also need to stay calm during busy periods, including enrolment, reporting and audit activity.
