Account specific roles and responsibilities: Process patient admission records in the system Review emails, reports and respond accordingly based on request (US Healthcare Insurance) Requirements At least 6 months BPO experience in a US Healthcare Campaign Knowledge with US Healthcare Insurance Prior Authorization experience is a PLUS, not required Has an average typing speed of 50 WPM Good verbal written and English skills Willing to work onsite in Buendia, Makati Amenable working night shift Benefits What can we offer you?
