As a Data Coordinator, you will play a vital role in managing data workflows, resolving discrepancies, and maintaining compliance across operational systems. What We Offer • Competitive compensation, incentives and shift allowances • Attractive Benefits (Provident Fund, Medical Insurance & more) • Engaging Employee Programs & Local Events • Technology for remote/hybrid working and great onsite facilities in Bangalore What You’ll Be Doing • Investigate discrepant data and issue queries to sites/sponsors to verify or obtain demographic and visit information • Enter resolutions and revisions across operational systems • Process and file source data once workflows are complete • Maintain departmental metrics and participate in required training programmes • Report equipment and system issues promptly • Keep accurate and complete Data Coordination files in line with SOPs • Archive closed studies upon study lock notification • Support data reconciliation activities to meet sponsor timelines • Attend Project Assurance meetings and provide feedback • Assist in training new temporary employees What We Look For • BS or BA degree in life sciences or related field preferred • Minimum 2 years of data processing experience • Proven expertise in MS Word, Excel and Outlook • Strong proficiency in data entry and typing • Demonstrated ability in organisation, problem solving and communication • Detail-oriented with strong proofreading skills • Based in or able to work from Bangalore (on-site or hybrid) At Clario, our purpose is to transform lives by unlocking better evidence.
