As a Data Center Support Analyst, you will be responsible for the operation and management of the Data Center. The role executes all scheduled system jobs, monitors data center infrastructure and provides extended transaction support services outside regular banking hours. The Data Center Support Analyst also collaborates closely with other IT teams to ensure optimal system performance, high availability, and a high level of customer satisfaction. Requirements The Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree in IT or related courses. Preferably with 1 year experience relevant to the role. Good knowledge of data center hardware, server management, and network operations. Possesses problem-solving skills, the capability to work in a fast-paced environment and strong attention to detail Computer literate, with working knowledge of Microsoft Office. Knowledge with data center management tools, monitoring software, and basic networking protocols (e.g., TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP) as well as familiarity with backup and disaster recovery systems are added advantages.
