The role Nebius is  looking for a  Data Center Security Specialist  to help safeguard our critical infrastructure in   Oklahoma. In this role, you’ll be responsible for implementing and maintaining Nebius’s physical security standards, ensuring compliance with global policies and regulatory frameworks, and maintaining a culture of security awareness across our operations.   You will manage access control, perform security audits, collaborate with colocation partners, and support investigations or incident response activities. This role is ideal for a hands-on, detail-oriented professional who thrives in a high-availability environment and takes pride in building secure, resilient facilities.   Your responsibilities will include:   Physical Security Management   Implement and enforce physical security standards across Nebius data centers and partner facilities.   Oversee facility access requests, approvals, and revocations according to “least privilege” principles.   Conduct periodic security inspections, risk assessments, and internal audits.   Lead and document security incident investigations, ensuring timely remediation.   Compliance and Policy   Maintain alignment with Nebius global security frameworks and compliance standards (ISO 27001, SOC 2, etc.).   Support internal and external audits with required evidence and documentation.   Maintain an updated inventory of security controls and ensure their effective operation.   Training and Awareness   Develop and deliver training for employees, vendors, and visitors on site security procedures.   Foster a strong security culture through regular communications and refresher programs.   Collaboration   Serve as the local point of contact for physical security, coordinating with operations, facilities, and IT teams.   Liaise with external partners and contractors to ensure security compliance and operational integrity.   We expect you to have:   Minimum 3 years of experience in physical security operations, preferably within data centers or critical infrastructure.   Background in  law enforcement, military, or corporate security  is highly valued.   Strong understanding of physical security technologies (CCTV, access control, intrusion detection).   Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.   Proficiency with productivity tools (Google Workspace, MS Office, etc.).   Relevant certifications (PSP, CPP, CPTED, Genetec, Axis) are an advantage.   Pay Transparency We offer competitive compensation and benefits packages.
