RVO Health is looking to add a Data Analyst to our People Analytics team. This is a mid-level role for someone with 1-3 years of experience who can not only extract insights, but also partner cross-functionally to influence strategic decisions and identify areas for the team to increase impact. You will help the Talent Analytics team continue to pursue our mission of driving value for RVO Health through our people.
Where You'll Be
To prioritize togetherness, culture, and accountability, RVO Health operates on an in-office work schedule. We expect employees to work from our South Charlotte office Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday each week. You are welcome to work remotely Mondays and Fridays if you wish.

What You’ll Do
Conduct advanced data analyses, generate insights and a compelling story, and present to Talent Leadership Team and Executive Leadership Team members
Collaborate with Finance and Human Capital leadership to inform the organization about workforce planning and budgetary insights
Build analytical tools, such as self-service BI products and interactive dashboards, that visualize and analyze data.
Build reporting solutions – telling the right people the right information at the right time
Build relationships with our teams and data science teams to identify new opportunities for deep analytics within the Human Capital organization
What We’re Looking For
1-3 years of hands-on experience in data analytics, with an emphasis on workforce and talent insights.
Strong analytical with experience demonstrating an aptitude to compile data in comprehensive reports, analyze trends, and make fact-based recommendations.
Demonstrated ability to synthesize data into actionable insights and communicate recommendations to leadership
Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with experience working well with business stakeholders
Demonstrated ability to streamline and automate processes
Experience with visualization tools such as Tableau, QlikView, PowerBI, or Looker to build dynamic/scalable dashboards and reports.
Knowledge or experience within people analytics is required
Fluency coding in one analytical programming knowledge (e.g., R or Python) and SQL is required
Team-oriented, success-driven, roll-up-your-sleeves attitude.

Starting Salary: $75,000 - $95,000 *Note actual salary is based on geographic location, qualifications and experience
