As a Data Analyst (gn) , you will join our Business Insights Team within the Digital Department and play a key role in enabling data-driven decision-making across The Quality Group.

Your mission
You partner with stakeholders across the business to understand challenges and translate them into scalable analytical solutions
You build and maintain reliable, scalable datasets and reporting tables using SQL and modern transformation tools such as dbt
You design, develop, and optimize dashboards that enable data-driven decision-making across the organization
You perform analyses to identify trends, opportunities, and actionable business insights
You define, implement, and continuously improve KPIs, metrics, and reporting standards
You ensure high data quality through testing, validation, and structured analytical workflows
You contribute to the continuous improvement of our analytics ecosystem by enhancing documentation, standards, reusable assets, and best practices
You take ownership of specific focus areas within the team and actively strengthen our overall analytics capabilities
Your experience & skills
You have at least 2 years of experience in Data Analytics, Business Intelligence, Analytics Engineering, or a comparable role
You have strong SQL skills and enjoy working with data on a daily basis
You have hands-on experience with modern data transformation tools such as dbt
You have experience building dashboards using BI tools such as Tableau, Looker, or Power BI
You understand data warehouse concepts and enjoy translating business questions into scalable analytical solutions
You communicate confidently with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
You work independently, take ownership, and approach challenges with a structured and solution-oriented mindset
You are fluent in English; German language skills are a plus
You are based in or willing to relocate to the Hamburg area and enjoy collaborating with your team on-site on a regular basis
