Description
Operational Resilience Tooling & Operational Excellence Analyst role sits within the Enterprise Operational Resilience function and is responsible for administration and enhancement of WTW’s operational resilience and business continuity platform (CL360) and its data. The position focuses on maintaining and enhancing the platform and its trusted data, producing high-quality management information, and driving the continuous enhancement of these elements via AI and automation, in line with WTW’s strategic objectives and ambitions. The role will significantly contribute to ensuring resilience information is accurate, consistent, reviewable and fit for audit and regulatory inspection.
