Responsibilities Deliver personalized support to VIP Danish-speaking customers via phone, email, and live chat. Build and maintain strong relationships with high-value clients, understanding their needs and preferences. Efficiently address and resolve complex inquiries and issues to ensure customer satisfaction. Document customer interactions thoroughly for effective follow-up and service enhancement. Collaborate with teams to ensure seamless service delivery and client issue resolution. Proactively seek feedback from clients to improve service quality and processes. Stay informed about the latest products and promotions to provide accurate information to customers. Requirements Fluency in Danish and English, both written and spoken. Previous experience in customer support, ideally with VIP customers. Outstanding communication and relationship management skills. Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities. Attention to detail with excellent organizational skills. Familiarity with CRM systems and office software. Proactive and customer-oriented mindset with a passion for delivering exceptional service.
