As a Travel Support Specialist, you will be vital in aiding Danish-speaking clients with their travel plans and inquiries. Responsibilities Assist Danish-speaking clients with travel-related inquiries and bookings via phone, email, and chat. Support clients in making changes to their travel itineraries, including flights, accommodations, and other arrangements. Engage with travel suppliers, airlines, and hotels to resolve any issues that arise during the booking process. Provide accurate and timely information regarding travel policies, destination insights, and available services. Maintain comprehensive records of client interactions in the CRM to improve service quality. Exhibit a high level of professionalism and commitment to customer satisfaction at all times. Stay updated on travel industry trends to assist clients effectively and knowledgeably. Requirements Fluency in Danish and English, both spoken and written. Experience in customer service or the travel industry is preferred. Excellent communication skills and a customer-centric approach. Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities. Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced and dynamic environment. Familiarity with travel booking systems and CRM tools is an advantage.
