This position is tailored for individuals who thrive in customer service and wish to assist our Danish-speaking clients. As a Tier 1 Support Agent, you will be responsible for offering initial support and ensuring a seamless customer experience. Responsibilities Handle incoming customer inquiries from Danish-speaking clients through phone, email, and chat in a professional and friendly manner. Troubleshoot basic technical issues, providing effective solutions or escalating issues as necessary. Communicate clear and precise information about our products, services, and policies. Accurately document all customer interactions and resolutions in the support management system. Guide customers in understanding product features and provide useful tips to enhance their usage. Collaborate with team members to enhance service quality and overall customer satisfaction. Keep abreast of company products, updates, and industry trends to effectively support customers. Requirements Fluency in Danish and English, with strong verbal and written communication skills. Prior experience in customer service or support roles is advantageous. Excellent problem-solving skills and a customer-first attitude. Capaable of thriving in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. Experience with support ticketing systems and CRM tools is a plus. Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously. A positive approach to customer service and a genuine desire to help clients.
