Responsibilities Offer excellent technical support to Danish-speaking customers via phone, email, and chat. Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve technical issues while ensuring high customer satisfaction. Guide customers in utilizing product features and best practices effectively. Maintain accurate documentation of customer interactions and resolutions in our CRM system. Collaborate with product and engineering teams to escalate and resolve complex technical issues. Conduct follow-ups with customers to ensure complete satisfaction with the solutions provided. Stay updated on product changes and industry trends to provide relevant and informed support. Requirements Fluency in Danish and English, both written and spoken. Prior experience in technical support or customer service is highly desirable. Strong technical aptitude and troubleshooting capabilities. Exceptional attention to detail and analytical problem-solving skills. Strong communication skills with a focus on customer experience. Experience with CRM systems and remote support tools is advantageous. Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
