Responsibilities Manage the software implementation process for Danish-speaking clients, ensuring a seamless experience from start to finish. Conduct thorough assessments of client needs to customize software solutions that fit their specific requirements. Facilitate engaging training sessions for clients to help them understand and utilize the software effectively. Collaborate with internal teams to identify and resolve any implementation challenges promptly. Maintain accurate documentation of each implementation process and client communications within our CRM system. Solicit and analyze client feedback after implementation to drive continuous improvement. Stay updated on new software features and industry trends to provide optimal support to clients. Requirements Fluency in Danish and English, both written and spoken, is required. Experience in software implementation or project management is preferred. Technical knowledge of software applications and systems is essential. Outstanding communication and relationship-building skills. Ability to conduct effective training sessions and provide user support. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a proactive attitude. Familiarity with CRM systems and managing client data.
