Monitor social media platforms to ensure timely responses to comments, messages, and questions from users. Engage proactively with customers to create a positive atmosphere and enhance brand loyalty. Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure communications are aligned with the brand's voice and messaging. Analyze customer interactions and feedback to identify trends and recommend improvements to services and products. Assist in producing engaging and relevant social media content targeted at the Danish-speaking audience. Stay updated on the latest trends in social media and customer service best practices to enhance support strategies. Requirements Fluent in Danish and English, possessing excellent written and verbal communication skills. Previous experience in social media support, community management, or customer service is preferred. Strong understanding of various social media platforms and effective user engagement strategies. Exceptional problem-solving abilities and a commitment to customer satisfaction. Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
