Responsibilities Support Danish-speaking customers via chat, email, and phone with their online shopping inquiries. Provide detailed product information and personalized recommendations to enhance the shopping experience. Handle inquiries related to order status, returns, and exchanges in a friendly and efficient manner. Identify customer needs and deliver tailored solutions to boost satisfaction. Stay informed about products, promotions, and company updates to provide accurate information to customers. Maintain accurate documentation of customer interactions for follow-up and quality assurance. Work closely with colleagues and other departments to resolve issues and enhance service delivery. Requirements Fluency in Danish and English, with strong verbal and written communication abilities. Experience in customer service, especially in an online shopping or e-commerce context. A passion for e-commerce and a keen understanding of online shopping preferences. Able to build rapport with customers and provide empathetic support. Familiarity with customer service technology and e-commerce platforms. Excellent organizational skills, capable of multitasking and managing various inquiries effectively. A positive, team-oriented attitude with a dedication to exceeding customer expectations.
