This role is designed for individuals who excel in customer service and are fluent in multiple languages, particularly Danish. Responsibilities Provide excellent support to clients in Danish and other languages across various platforms including phone, email, and chat. Assist customers with inquiries, resolve their issues, and provide detailed product information promptly. Handle and resolve customer complaints and feedback with professionalism and care. Accurately log all customer interactions in the CRM system for effective tracking and follow-up. Work in collaboration with team members and other departments to ensure a consistent and positive customer experience. Participate in ongoing training to keep up-to-date with products/services and enhance customer service skills. Proactively suggest improvements for service processes and customer interactions. Requirements Fluency in Danish and at least one additional language (English, Swedish, Norwegian, etc.), both written and spoken. Prior experience in customer service or a related field is advantageous. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills. Strong problem-solving skills with a focus on customer satisfaction. Ability to effectively prioritize and manage tasks in a fast-paced environment. Familiarity with customer support software and Microsoft Office tools. Enthusiastic, adaptable, and dedicated to delivering outstanding customer service.
