Document customer interactions accurately in the CRM system for record-keeping and follow-ups. Work collaboratively with team members to enhance overall service quality and customer satisfaction. Collect and analyze customer feedback to contribute to the improvement of services. Stay updated on the latest gaming trends and company offerings to offer informed support. Requirements Fluency in Danish and English, both written and spoken. Previous experience in customer service or gaming support is highly desirable. A strong enthusiasm for online gaming and familiarity with different gaming platforms. Excellent communication skills, with a friendly and approachable customer service attitude. Proficiency in using live chat software and general CRM systems. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, capable of thriving in a fast-paced environment. Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends as needed.
