This role is designed for individuals who are passionate about technology and enjoy helping others. As a Helpdesk Support Agent, you will be responsible for providing outstanding support to our Danish-speaking clients by resolving their technical queries and ensuring a seamless experience. Responsibilities Deliver high-quality helpdesk support to Danish-speaking customers via phone, email, and chat. Troubleshoot various technical issues related to software, hardware, and applications. Accurately record all customer interactions and resolutions in the helpdesk ticketing system. Guide clients on optimal product usage while sharing knowledge of features and benefits. Work collaboratively with team members to escalate complicated issues as needed. Follow up on tickets to ensure a prompt resolution and customer satisfaction. Keep abreast of product developments and new technologies to enhance service delivery. Requirements Fluency in Danish and English, both written and verbal, is mandatory. Experience in technical support or customer service is preferred. Strong problem-solving abilities and analytical thinking skills. Exceptional communication skills with a strong commitment to customer satisfaction. Familiarity with helpdesk software and ticketing systems. Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. A proactive approach to learning and keeping technical knowledge up-to-date.
