Monitor community interactions to foster a positive atmosphere and proactively address any user concerns or disputes. Engage with the gaming community by creating and sharing helpful content and updates. Gather and document player feedback to communicate valuable insights to the development team for further enhancement. Keep up-to-date with the latest trends and releases in the gaming industry to provide knowledgeable assistance. Collaborate with fellow support agents to share best practices and improve overall service quality. Requirements Fluency in Danish and English, both written and spoken. A genuine passion for gaming with a familiarity of popular games and platforms. Experience in customer support or community management is preferred. Strong communication skills and the ability to empathize with gamers. Excellent problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to support. Comfortable with various communication tools and platforms. Ability to work collaboratively within a team and positively contribute to the gaming community.
