In this role, you will be instrumental in monitoring chat interactions, fostering positive player communication, and upholding community standards. Responsibilities Monitor in-game chat and player interactions to ensure compliance with community guidelines and safety protocols. Engage actively with players to promote a respectful and inclusive atmosphere. Identify and promptly address instances of inappropriate behavior or content, escalating issues as necessary. Provide support to players regarding chat moderation policies and procedures. Maintain accurate records of moderation actions and report any significant incidents effectively. Collaborate with other teams to enhance player experience and community engagement initiatives. Participate in continuous training to stay updated on moderation tools and best practices. Requirements Fluency in Danish and English, with excellent written and verbal communication skills. Experience in online moderation, community management, or similar roles is preferred. Strong understanding of gaming culture and community dynamics. Exceptional problem-solving skills and a calm approach to challenging situations. Detail-oriented and accountable in managing online content. Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends. A strong passion for gaming and a commitment to creating a positive experience for all players.
