Work collaboratively with team members to ensure high service standards and improve customer experiences. Identify opportunities for service enhancements and contribute to implementing best practices. Keep updated about company products and services to provide accurate information to clients. Requirements Fluency in Danish and English, both written and spoken. Prior experience in customer service or a similar support role is a plus. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong problem-solving capabilities with a customer-centric approach. Able to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks effectively. Familiarity with CRM software and basic computer skills. Enthusiastic attitude and a commitment to providing outstanding service.
