Provide personalized styling advice and product recommendations to enhance the customer experience. Efficiently resolve customer issues and complaints, ensuring a high level of satisfaction. Document customer interactions accurately for effective follow-up and service enhancement. Collaborate with other teams to stay informed about product launches, seasonal trends, and promotions. Gather and analyze customer feedback to contribute to service improvement initiatives. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the latest fashion trends and brand offerings to assist customers effectively. Requirements Fluency in Danish and English, both written and spoken. Experience in customer service, preferably in the fashion retail sector. Outstanding communication skills and a passion for fashion. Strong problem-solving abilities, with the capacity to manage multiple tasks efficiently. A keen interest in fashion trends and a good understanding of the industry. Proficiency in CRM systems and standard office tools.
