Key Responsibilities Assist Danish-speaking customers with their inquiries related to entertainment services, including event bookings, activities, and recommendations. Deliver exemplary customer support through multiple communication channels, efficiently answering questions and resolving issues. Utilize your knowledge of the entertainment landscape to offer personalized recommendations that cater to client preferences. Manage and process reservations with precision, ensuring all bookings are communicated clearly to clients. Stay updated on industry trends and new entertainment offerings to enhance client interactions. Collaborate with team members to troubleshoot customer concerns and improve service delivery. Gather customer feedback to continuously refine and enhance the services offered. Requirements Fluency in Danish and English is essential; knowledge of additional languages is a plus. Experience in customer service, preferably in the entertainment or hospitality sector. Exceptional communication skills, with a strong focus on delivering high-quality customer experiences. Strong problem-solving capabilities with a proactive approach to meeting client needs. Detail-oriented and highly organized. Able to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team setting.
