Responsibilities Respond to customer emails in Danish, providing clear and accurate information regarding products and services. Assist clients with inquiries related to orders, account management, and other support needs. Troubleshoot issues and provide practical solutions or escalate complex issues to the appropriate departments. Maintain accurate documentation of all customer interactions within the CRM system for effective tracking. Collaborate with other team members to uphold high standards of service quality. Identify patterns in customer inquiries and provide feedback to management for process improvements. Stay informed about product offerings and company policies to assist customers effectively. Requirements Fluency in Danish and English, both written and spoken. Previous experience in email support or customer service is preferred. Strong written communication skills with a professional and clear tone. Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to manage customer queries efficiently. Self-motivated with an ability to work well independently in a remote setting. Experience with CRM systems and email management tools is a plus.
