This fantastic position is designed for individuals who are not only fluent in Danish but are also passionate about e-commerce. In this role, you will be essential in delivering a high-quality online shopping experience to our Danish-speaking customers, addressing their inquiries, and providing effective support. Responsibilities Provide excellent customer service to Danish-speaking clients via email, chat, and phone communications. Assist customers with inquiries related to product details, order tracking, returns, and payment methods. Resolve customer complaints and concerns promptly and professionally. Accurately manage and process customer orders throughout the order lifecycle. Stay updated on current product offerings, promotions, and company policies. Collaborate with other departments to continuously improve customer service and experience. Maintain detailed records of customer interactions in the CRM system for effective follow-up. Requirements Fluency in Danish and English, both written and spoken. Previous experience in customer service or e-commerce is preferred. Strong enthusiasm for e-commerce and an understanding of online shopping behaviors. Excellent communication skills and a commitment to providing superior customer service. Experience with customer support software and CRM systems is advantageous. Ability to work independently and effectively manage customer inquiries in a fast-paced environment. Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
