Identify customer needs proactively, offering relevant information, guidance, and tailored solutions to enhance the overall customer experience. Requirements Native or fluent Danish language proficiency — both spoken and written — is an absolute requirement for this role. Valid EU passport (mandatory for relocation and employment eligibility purposes). A solid working knowledge of English is required for internal communication and team collaboration. Previous experience in customer support services, customer care, or a related client-facing role is highly advantageous, though not strictly essential — comprehensive training is provided. Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a genuine passion for delivering outstanding customer experiences. Proficiency with computers and standard office software; familiarity with CRM platforms is considered a distinct advantage.
