This role is ideal for individuals who are passionate about social media and enjoy providing high-quality customer service to Danish-speaking users. Responsibilities Provide outstanding customer support to Danish-speaking clients across various social media platforms. Assist customers with inquiries, complaints, and product information via direct messages and comments. Engage with the online community to foster positive relationships and brand loyalty. Monitor social media channels for customer feedback and escalate issues when necessary. Document user interactions and ensure accurate record-keeping in the CRM system. Collaborate with marketing and product teams to relay customer suggestions and improve service offerings. Stay updated on the latest social media trends and tools to enhance customer engagement strategies. Requirements Fluency in Danish and English, both written and spoken. Previous experience in customer service, preferably within social media or digital marketing. Strong communication skills with a focus on building customer relationships. Technologically savvy with a good understanding of social media platforms and tools. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail. Proficient in using CRM systems and standard office applications. Flexibility to work varied hours, including evenings and weekends as necessary.
