We are currently looking for a Danish Speaking Customer Support Representative for the Banking sector. Responsibilities Offer high-quality customer support to Danish-speaking clients regarding banking products and services through phone, email, and chat. Assist customers with account inquiries, transaction issues, and product-related questions. Effectively handle customer complaints and concerns to ensure satisfactory resolutions. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and manage follow-ups appropriately. Collaborate with the banking operations team to ensure efficient service delivery and timely resolution of complex issues. Educate clients on banking procedures, policies, and new services. Collect and analyze customer feedback to contribute to service improvement efforts. Requirements Fluency in Danish and English, both written and spoken. Previous experience in customer service, preferably in the banking or financial services sector. Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to handle challenging situations with professionalism. Detail-oriented with strong organizational abilities. Proficient in using CRM systems and Microsoft Office applications. Proactive approach to problem-solving with an emphasis on customer satisfaction. Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends when necessary.
