Responsibilities Provide high-quality assistance to Danish-speaking corporate clients through various communication channels, including phone, email, and live chat. Respond to customer inquiries related to corporate accounts, product details, and service issues with efficiency and accuracy. Foster and maintain strong relationships with clients by understanding their needs and delivering exceptional service. Educate corporate customers about the company's products and services to enhance their experience with the brand. Keep detailed records of customer interactions and manage inquiries using the CRM system for tracking and reporting purposes. Work collaboratively with sales and technical support teams to address and resolve customer issues effectively. Gather and analyze customer feedback to continuously improve service offerings. Requirements Fluency in Danish and English, both written and spoken. Experience in customer service, especially in a corporate or B2B setting. Strong understanding of corporate customer needs with a professional approach to service. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, demonstrating a commitment to customer satisfaction. Proficiency in customer service software and the Microsoft Office Suite. Ability to analyze problems and provide effective solutions in a fast-paced environment. Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends if necessary.
