Responsibilities Provide outstanding customer support to Danish-speaking clients through various communication channels, including phone, email, and chat. Assist passengers with flight inquiries, bookings, cancellations, and modifications. Efficiently address and resolve customer issues and complaints with a focus on satisfaction. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of airline services, policies, and industry changes to provide accurate guidance. Document all customer interactions neatly and thoroughly in the CRM system. Work collaboratively with other teams to improve the overall customer experience. Participate in continuous training to enhance skills and product knowledge. Requirements Fluent in Danish and English, showcasing excellent verbal and written communication skills. Experience in customer service, preferably within the airline or tourism industry. Strong interpersonal skills with a focus on resolving issues efficiently. Able to thrive in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple priorities. Familiarity with customer service software and proficiency in Microsoft Office. Detail-oriented with strong organizational abilities. A genuine enthusiasm for travel and a desire to assist customers in achieving enjoyable experiences.
