In this role, you will focus on delivering high-quality consultancy to clients who speak Danish and English, helping them to optimize their operations through innovative digital solutions. Your expertise will be instrumental in fostering long-term relationships and ensuring client satisfaction in a competitive marketplace. Responsibilities Provide tailored consultancy services to Danish-speaking clients, aligning solutions with their unique business needs. Engage with clients in English to gather requirements and advise on suitable digital solutions. Conduct training and product demonstrations to ensure clients are proficient in using provided tools and solutions. Collaborate with clients and internal teams to design and implement effective digital strategies. Establish and nurture strong relationships with both existing and potential clients to foster loyalty. Keep abreast of industry trends and technologies to offer clients insightful advice and solutions. Support clients in troubleshooting and resolving issues with their digital solutions. Requirements Fluency in Danish and English, both written and spoken. Proven experience in a consulting or customer support role, ideally related to digital solutions. Solid understanding of digital marketing tools, platforms, and current industry practices. Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities. Self-motivated with effective time management skills, especially in a remote or hybrid working environment. Experience with CRM systems and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite. Strong analytical skills with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
