Stay updated on the company's fitness offerings and promotions to provide accurate advice and recommendations. Document customer interactions, feedback, and resolutions in the company's CRM system. Collaborate with team members to improve processes and enhance the customer experience. Participate in ongoing training sessions to enhance product knowledge and customer service skills. Requirements Fluency in Danish and English, both written and spoken. Experience in customer service, preferably in the fitness or wellness industry. Strong interpersonal skills with a customer-focused mindset. Excellent problem-solving abilities and conflict resolution skills. Proficiency in using customer service software and standard office applications. Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills. A genuine interest in fitness and a desire to help customers achieve their health goals.
