Job description: NATURE AND SCOPE OF POSITION: • SUB for teachers in various positions as needed QUALIFICATIONS : • Required minimum Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university • Experience working with children JOB FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES : • Be Flexible • Follow a lesson plan • Provide a well-managed, safe, student-centered environment that is academically challenging and respectful • Communicate effectively with students, school personnel, families and the community • Maintain a professional demeanor, participate in professional growth opportunities and positively contribute to the profession • (Long Term Subs Only 10+ days in same role) Plan instructionally to include appropriate curricula, instructional strategies and resources to address the needs of all students Job Type: Substitute
