Responsibilities Provide exceptional customer support to Czech-speaking players via phone, email, and live chat. Assist players with account access, login issues, in-game enquiries, payment questions, and technical troubleshooting. Resolve customer concerns efficiently while maintaining a high level of professionalism and empathy. Escalate complex issues to the appropriate internal teams when necessary. Accurately document customer interactions using CRM and ticketing systems. Stay up to date with game updates, promotions, and platform policies. Deliver an outstanding player experience that reflects the client's commitment to excellence. Requirements Requirements Native or fluent Czech language skills. Good command of English (written and spoken). Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Passion for gaming and online entertainment. Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail. Ability to work in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment. Previous customer service or technical support experience is an advantage but not required. Comfortable using multiple computer applications simultaneously. EU citizenship or legal authorisation to work in the EU.
