This position is ideal for individuals who are tech-savvy and eager to provide outstanding support to Czech-speaking clients in the fast-paced IT industry. Responsibilities Deliver exceptional customer service to Czech-speaking clients through various communication channels, including phone, email, and chat. Assist customers with technical inquiries, product information, and troubleshooting technical issues. Guide clients through software installations, updates, and general usage of IT products. Handle customer feedback and complaints in a professional manner to ensure a positive experience. Collaborate with technical teams to resolve complex issues and enhance service delivery. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of company products and services to provide accurate assistance. Document all customer interactions and resolve cases efficiently to support operational improvements. Requirements Fluency in Czech and English, both written and spoken. Experience in customer service, preferably in the IT sector or a technology-related field. Strong communication skills and the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical users. Excellent problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to customer service. Proficiency in customer service software and Microsoft Office applications. Detail-oriented with strong organizational and multitasking abilities. A genuine interest in technology and a willingness to learn about the company's products and services.
