This position provides an exciting opportunity to support Czech-speaking customers in the automotive sector while joining a dynamic and innovative team. Responsibilities Deliver high-quality customer service to Czech-speaking clients through various communication channels, including phone, email, and chat. Assist customers with inquiries related to automotive products, services, and general support. Guide clients through the ordering process and provide detailed product information. Handle customer complaints and issues professionally, ensuring timely resolution and satisfaction. Maintain thorough knowledge of automotive products and company services to provide accurate information to clients. Document all customer interactions and feedback for quality assurance and continuous improvement. Collaborate with sales and technical teams to resolve complex inquiries effectively. Requirements Fluency in Czech and English, both written and spoken. Prior experience in customer service, preferably in the automotive or related industry. Strong communication and problem-solving skills. Ability to handle challenging situations with professionalism and empathy. Proficiency in customer service software and Microsoft Office applications. Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills. A genuine interest in automotive products and services is highly desirable.
