You'll make an impact by - Strategy & Strategic Execution- Continuously refine the Cybersecurity strategy and strategic ambition in line with Siemens’ overall business and IT strategy.- Translate strategic priorities into clear roadmaps, programs, and initiatives, including prioritization and sequencing.- leadership decision materials, and serve as a trusted strategic advisor to Cybersecurity and IT executives. - Program & Performance Management- Design and drive cross-functional strategic and business excellence programs, from set-up to execution and impact tracking.- Define program structures, governance, milestones, KPIs, and success metrics.- Monitor progress, risks, and benefits realization; prepare regular management updates and steer course corrections where needed.- Case analyses while coordinating internal and external resources, including service providers. - Stakeholder & Change Management- Engage with senior stakeholders across Cybersecurity, IT, and the business to understand needs, align priorities, and drive buy-in.- Support organizational development initiatives, including target operating models, role clarity, and governance structures.- Act as a coach and thought partner to executives while ensuring clear, structured communication of strategy and progress. This is how you'll win us over - Education- Master’s degree in Business Administration, Management or Economics; or an equivalent qualification - Experience & Skills- Several years of post-consulting experience in cybersecurity strategy, risk management, or related advisory roles- Proven ability to develop strategic recommendations and influence senior decision-makers technical audiences- Experience in digital transformation or enterprise-wide (security) initiatives- Familiarity with specific frameworks (NIST, ISO 27001, or similar)- Knowledge of cloud security, OT/IT convergence, or industry-specific security requirements- Experience working in regulated industries or large, complex organizations - Ways of working: Collaborative, adaptable, and committed to continuous learning, working effectively across diverse teams and staying current with evolving security trends- Languages: business proficiency in English and German You are much more tha
