Your Role ๐Ÿ› ๏ธ As a Cybersecurity Consultant, you will join our Prevent โ€“ Identity & Access team, playing a key role in safeguarding digital environments. You will ensure that access to systems and data is appropriately managed, and that identity and access management (IAM) policies are effectively implemented and enforced across the organization and client ecosystems. Your Profile ๐Ÿ“‹ Degree, Master's, or Technical Course in Computer Science, Information Security, Cybersecurity, or a related field; Initial experience or academic exposure to cybersecurity concepts (e.g., identity & access management, security governance); Up to 2โ€“3 years of relevant experience (junior profiles with strong motivation and foundational knowledge are welcome); Basic understanding of IT systems, access control principles, and user lifecycle management; Comfortable working with technical environments (e.g., Linux systems, databases, or log analysis); Strong analytical and critical thinking skills, with the ability to: Ensure a clear understanding of tasks and requirements before execution; Challenge or clarify requests when inconsistencies or ambiguities arise; Validate outputs to ensure deliverables meet defined quality and security standards. Good communication skills, with the ability to interact with both technical and non-technical stakeholders; Proactive, detail-oriented, and eager to learn, with a strong interest in developing a career in Cybersecurity and Identity & Access Management (IAM); Previous exposure to security-related projects, internships, or hands-on cybersecurity activities. The Technologies you will be working with ๐Ÿ’ป Identity & Access Management (IAM / UAM) tools โ€“ user provisioning, access governance, and certification processes; Security & governance frameworks โ€“ IAM policies, access control models, and compliance practices; Database technologies โ€“ including MariaDB, with use of SQL for reporting, analysis, and troubleshooting; Operating systems โ€“ primarily Linux, for application support and log analysis; Programming & scripting โ€“ exposure to PHP for minor application fixes and enhancements. Nice to Have โญ Familiarity with User Access Management (UAM) or IAM tools is a strong plus.
