Key Responsibilities:
• Prepare and process import, export, and transit customs declarations (AIS, ECS and NCTS).
• Work daily with Brix, COMBIS, Navis, F4B, Microsoft Teams, and Microsoft Office.
• Communicate with customers via email, telephone, and Microsoft Teams.
• Handle customer inquiries and resolve operational and customs-related issues.
Requirements:
• Secondary school education (high school diploma) or University.
• Preferably at least one year of experience as a Customs Declarant.
• Certification as an Authorized Customs Representative is considered an advantage.
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.
• Professional working proficiency in English.
• Valid Category B driving licence.
• Strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and a proactive willingness to learn and work as part of a team.
