Responsibilities Also Include: • Handling customer inquiries, claims, and customer portals, managing sales orders from receipt to delivery, and serving as the Customer Service representative in Product Life Cycle activities. • Maintaining and auditing supply chain data and reporting tools, including Customer Back Order and Supplier Back Log dashboards, to ensure data accuracy and visibility • Supports  projects, process improvements, and cross-functional initiatives to drive operational efficiency and customer satisfaction. What You Should Have: • Currently enrolled in courses pursuing your Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field OR recent graduate. Join us!
